What it is

Moose Offroad valve cover gasket to fit Kawasaki KX450 (2022); Kawasaki KX450F (2009–2020); Kawasaki KX450SR (2022–2023); Kawasaki KX450X (2021–2024).

This gasket seals the valve cover to the cylinder head. It is located at the top-end of your engine to prevent oil leaks from the valvetrain. You should install a fresh gasket every time you check your valve clearances or perform top-end maintenance. Ensure the seating surfaces are free of oil and old sealant before fitting. Correct alignment is essential to prevent weeping under high engine temperatures. This part is a direct fit for your bike and is a standard requirement for your service kit.
