A composite handguard that skips the aluminium spine. Lighter on the bars, and it flexes on impact instead of taking a permanent set, so a tip-over rarely leaves you wrenching the mount back straight. The shell knocks back roost, wind and stray trail debris off your hands and levers. Good choice for MX and fast trail work where full wrap-around bark-busters are overkill and grams matter. Bolts to the bar through a dedicated bracket. Swap them out once the plastic shows stress whitening or cracking around the mount, since that is where they fatigue first.
