The Moose Offroad LEVER BRAKE SIV HON, levers. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.

A model-specific front brake lever for the Honda CRF master cylinder, covering the 250 R, 250 RX, 450 R, 450 RX and 450 RWE. The standard cast blade tends to fold or break in a crash, leaving you with no front brake on the rough stuff. This replacement keeps the correct reach and piston actuation for the Honda hydraulic unit. Fitting is a straight swap on the existing pivot bolt. Clean the bore, add a touch of grease, and seat the plunger square in the master cylinder boot. One in the toolbox saves a wasted race weekend.
