What it is
The Moose Offroad MASTER CYLINDER REBUILD KIT, motocross part. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.
This Moose kit rebuilds the master cylinder across a deep KTM range, from the EGS and LC4 Adventure 640 to Duke 400 and the EXC line. The piston, seals and spring inside the bore manage fluid every time the brake is worked. On bikes this age the seals are usually the first thing to go, leaving a soft lever and fluid seeping past the plunger. Clean the bore, fit the new seals on brake fluid and bleed the system through. A sensible fix for older LC4 and EGS machines where a complete cylinder is hard to source.
