What it is
The Moose Offroad MASTER CYLINDER REBUILD KIT, motocross part. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.
The wear parts that live inside the master cylinder bore. Piston, cup seals and spring. Heat cycles and old fluid let the seals perish, and the first sign is usually a lever that pulls soft or a damp patch weeping past the plunger. This kit refreshes the internals to OEM spec rather than buying a whole new cylinder. Covers a wide spread of KTM, Husqvarna and Husaberg EXC, EXC-F and FE four-strokes, plus the smaller two-stroke SX and EXC models. Hone or wipe the bore clean before assembly and coat the seals in fresh fluid to seat them without nicking the lips.
