What it is
The Moose Offroad MASTER CYLINDER REBUILD KIT, motocross part. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.
The internal seals, plunger and spring that go inside a Honda master cylinder bore. Fits the CR and CRF range and the XR singles, from the CR 125 R and CRF 250 R through to the XR 650 R. Brake seals perish with age and tear once grit works past the dust boot, giving you a spongy lever or fluid weeping at the plunger. This kit puts the bore back to standard. Clean and inspect the bore for scoring before you start, then smear the new seals in fresh brake fluid so they don't nick on assembly. Restores firm pressure at the lever or pedal.
