What it is

The Moose Offroad REPAIR KIT MSTR CYL, motocross part. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.

Master cylinder internals wear out quietly. The seals swell with heat and contaminated fluid, the lever goes long, and one day it comes back to the bar. The fix is new internals: piston, spring and seals built to OEM tolerances, sized for the full-size Husqvarna range covering the FC and FE four-strokes and the TC, TE and TX two-strokes. Strip the master cylinder, clean the bore, lubricate the fresh seals with new fluid on assembly, then bleed through. Treat it as routine on any bike raced hard between fluid changes.
