OEM rubber hoses expand under pressure. This results in a spongy lever and inconsistent braking during a long moto. These braided replacements eliminate that expansion. You get a firmer feel and more precise modulation at the caliper. The PTFE inner liner handles high temperatures without degrading. Most kits include the necessary hardware for a direct swap. Ensure you use fresh fluid and new copper washers when seating the banjo bolts. Proper routing is vital to avoid snagging on the fork guards or swingarm. This is a standard upgrade for any serious race bike.
