Steering stem bearings on a CRM 125 R or a small-bore Italian enduro are the sort of part you spend an afternoon hunting and still come up short. Moose put the kit together so you stop chasing dealer-only references and get on with the job. You get the bearings, races and seals sized for the stem, dropped in with a press and a bit of patience. Pack the races with decent grease, torque the stem nut to spec, set the bars straight. Lock-to-lock should feel smooth and weighted.
