That two-stroke ring-ding still lives rent-free in a lot of UK riders' heads, and CR125s and 250s from the late 90s and early 2000s are the bikes that put it there. Trouble is, every one of them is now old enough to vote, and the steering stem bearings have usually had a hard paddock life. If your front end notches dead-ahead, clunks under braking, or wags through ruts, the head bearings are cooked. This Moose kit gives you fresh tapered races top and bottom plus the seals to keep grit out. Pack them properly, torque the stem nut by the book, and the bike steers like it did off the showroom floor.
