What it is

The Moose Offroad THROTTLE CABLES, motocross part. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.

This cable replaces OEM 17910-KSK-710 and 17910-KZ4-J20 among others. It is the primary link for throttle input on your bike. Dirt and pressure washing eventually strip the internal lubrication. This results in a gritty feel at the grip. This part provides a direct swap for the factory unit. Check the free play at the bars after installation. Ensure the cable does not pull tight when turning the bars to full lock. Regular replacement prevents unexpected failures during a race. It is a standard maintenance item for any serious rider.
