What it is

Moose Offroad throttle cables to fit the Honda CRF250R, model years 2010–2013, and Honda CRF450R, model years 2009–2016.

A direct-fit throttle cable for the Honda CRF 250 R and CRF 450 R, cross-referencing OEM 17910-KRN-A40 and 17910-MEN-A71. The inner wire runs in a lined housing that grit and water eventually foul, and a binding cable dulls throttle response and risks a stuck-open grip. Swap it as part of any top-end or controls refresh. Route it through the factory guides, clear of the steering, and set the free play at the bars.
