What it is

The Moose Offroad THROTTLE CABLES, motocross part. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.

A push-pull cable set covering the WR 250 F, WR 450 F, YZ 250 F and YZ 450 F. Two cables work the throttle body: one opens it, one drags it shut. When the closer frays or the outer packs with grit, the throttle hangs and your return feel goes soft. This replaces Yamaha 5TA-26302-01-00 and 5XD-26302-00-00 to OEM spec and follows the factory routing. Fit both cables as a pair, lube the inners, then set free play at the adjusters so the slide shuts fully at full steering lock. A clean closer keeps idle steady and throttle response sharp.
