What it is

The Moose Offroad Valve Cover Gasket, gaskets & seals. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.

This gasket seals the top of the cylinder head to keep oil contained within the valvetrain. You must replace this whenever you perform valve clearance checks or cam timing adjustments. Heat cycles eventually harden the rubber, leading to weeping around the head. A fresh seal ensures a tight fit against the cam caps. Ensure the mating surface is completely degreased before fitting. This is a direct replacement for the factory part and maintains the original profile for a leak-free seal on your bike.
