Moose Offroad water pump rebuild kit to fit Kawasaki KLX400R (2003–2004); Kawasaki KLX400SR (2003–2004); Suzuki DR-Z400E (2000–2007); Suzuki DR-Z400S (2000–2024); Suzuki DR-Z400SM (2005–2024).

This kit restores the integrity of your cooling system by replacing the water pump shaft, bearings, and seals. Mud and grit eventually score the shaft, leading to coolant weeping from the tell-tale hole or mixing with engine oil. This kit includes the mechanical seal and gaskets required to refresh the entire assembly. It is a preventative maintenance task for bikes used in harsh enduro conditions. Ensure the shaft is free of burrs before sliding the new seals into place. Proper installation prevents overheating and protects your engine internals from coolant contamination during long motos.
