What it is

The Moose Offroad WHEEL SPACER ST FR KAW, motocross part. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.

Steel front wheel spacer, direct replacement for Kawasaki OEM 92152-2470. Fits KX 250, KX 250 X, KX 450, KX 450 F, KX 450 SR and KX 450 X. The spacer sits between the fork lug and the wheel seal, taking the side load every time the front end loads up under braking. Aluminium spacers groove where the seal lip rides, and once that surface is scored the seal leaks. Water gets to the bearings. Steel resists the wear and keeps the seal sealing. Swap it during a front-end service. Pack the seal lip with waterproof grease before you torque the axle.
