What it is

The Moose Offroad Xtreme Skid Plate - Beta, motocross part. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.

Extreme-duty skid plate for the Beta Xtrainer 250 and 300, two-stroke and liquid-cooled. Covers the cases and frame underside, then carries the protection back to the rear linkage. That linkage guard is the point on hard enduro: it stops the lower shock mount hanging up as you drag the bike over ledges and roots. HDPE slides over rock and stays quiet, no alloy ring. Cut to the bike so access for maintenance stays clean. Swap it out once the linkage section thins through from repeated drops.
