This push-pull set manages both the opening and closing of the throttle for mechanical reliability. It sits between your handlebars and the fuel system. Stretched or gritty cables lead to vague engine response and a heavy feel at the grip. This set replaces multiple OEM numbers including 17D-26302-50-00 and 5XC-26302-90-00. When installing, adjust the tension to remove excess play while ensuring the throttle snaps shut at every steering angle. Proper lubrication of the inner wires prevents premature wear during hard enduro or MX use.
