What it is

The MOTION PRO CABLE BLACK VINYL THROTTLE PUSH PULL SET, motocross part. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.

A push-pull set, so one inner wire opens the throttle and the second pulls it shut. That second cable is your insurance against a stuck-open slide. It runs from the twist grip to the throttle body on the CRF 250 R. Cross-references Honda OEM 17910-KRN-A82 and 17910-KRN-B11. Black vinyl outer keeps grit off the inner wire and shrugs off roost. Set the free play so the throttle snaps closed at full lock both ways, lubricate the inners, and replace the pair when the action turns gritty or heavy at the grip.
