What it is

The MOTION PRO CABLE THROTTLE PULL, motocross part. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.

The pull-side cable takes the primary load every time you crack the grip, so it is the first to stretch and fray at the barrel. This one replaces Yamaha OEM 5PA-26311-00-00 at factory length and end fittings, fitting the YZ85 in both small-wheel and large-wheel form. Seat the barrel fully in the throttle housing or it will bind at full lock. Check the ends for fraying as part of any service. A worn pull cable robs a small-bore two-stroke of the crisp throttle it lives on, and these revs need that snap-back.
