What it is

The MOTION PRO LEVER CLUTCH FORGED-T6, motocross part. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.

A direct forged-T6 replacement clutch blade for the Honda line: CR 125/250/500, CR 80/85, the CRF 150 R and RB, the CRF 450 R, plus the XR 250/400/650 R. It matches Honda's pivot geometry and drops into the original left perch, so free-play and feel stay stock. Forging gives the lever a tougher grain than a cast part, which is what saves it when the bike goes down on that side. Cross-references OEM 53178-KAE-730, 53178-KZ4-A10 and 53178-MAC-740. Set cable free-play to spec on fitting to keep the clutch from dragging.
