What it is

The MOTION PRO LEVER CLUTCH FORGED-T6, motocross part. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.

A forged 6061-T6 clutch blade for the modern motocross four-strokes: Kawasaki KX 250/250 F/450 F and Yamaha YZ 125 through 450 F, the WR 250/400/426 F, plus the YZ 65 and 85. Forged aluminium runs a denser grain than a cast lever, so it tends to bend in a crash rather than snap off at the pivot mid-moto. Fits the original perch on factory hardware and keeps the stock pull ratio for clean engagement. Cross-references Kawasaki and Yamaha OEM numbers including 5MV-83912-00-00 and 46092-0007. Worth carrying a spare for race day.
