What it is

The MOTION PRO REPLACEMENT THROTTLE SLEEVE, throttle. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.

This throttle sleeve is a direct replacement for Yamaha OEM part 23X-26243-01-00. It sits on the handlebar and allows the throttle cables to pull the slide or butterfly open. Plastic sleeves are consumables that should be replaced if they show signs of scoring or impact damage. A fresh sleeve ensures your throttle returns quickly and smoothly. Clean the bar surface with contact cleaner before fitting. Do not use grip glue near the housing, as it can seep inside and cause the throttle to stick.
