This cable transmits the rotational speed from the front wheel hub to the speedometer unit on your dashboard. It is a direct replacement for OEM parts 34910-14D01, 34910-32E00, 34910-45C00, and 54001-S002. These cables often fail due to moisture entering the housing or the inner core snapping from fatigue. Ensure the drive end is correctly seated in the hub gear before tightening the retaining screw. Proper routing along the fork leg is essential to prevent the cable from snagging on trail debris or kinking during heavy landings.
