Drives the speedo off the front wheel hub. Trail debris and crashes snap the inner wire or crush the outer housing, so a clean replacement is often the only fix. Cross-references OEM 58314069251 and covers the KTM EXC and MXC two-stroke range plus the bigger four-stroke RACING and SXC machines. A low-friction liner keeps the needle steady. Clean and grease the drive gear at the hub before fitting, and keep the routing through the fork guides slack. A tight bend works the inner against the liner and shortens its life.
