A push-pull set for the four-stroke KX 250 F: one cable pulls the slide open, the second drags it shut so it can't stick under vacuum. Cross-references Kawasaki OEM 54012-0591 and swaps straight in. Hours of use stretch the inner wire and chew the outer casing, which shows up as lag off the bottom or a stiff grip. Lube the inner before fitting and set the free play at the adjuster so the throttle has a touch of slack but still closes hard. Check both barrels for fraying when you're in there for a service.
