What it is
The MOTION PRO THROTTLE SLEEVE, throttle. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.
This throttle sleeve sits inside your handlebar housing to provide a smooth pivot for the grip. Plastic sleeves often crack during crashes or become notched from grit ingress. A worn sleeve causes a sticky or heavy throttle, which is a significant risk on the track. This part is a direct replacement for the original equipment. Clean the handlebar surface thoroughly before installation. Do not use heavy grease, as it attracts dirt and slows the return spring. Check for free movement at both ends of the handlebar sweep before you start the bike.
