This magnet triggers the speed sensor on your front wheel. It sits in a dedicated hole on the brake disc and is secured by a circlip. These often get lost during wheel changes or damaged by stray rocks. A missing magnet means your digital dash will fail to show speed or distance. It is a direct replacement for the OEM part on KTM machines. Ensure the clip is seated correctly to prevent the magnet from vibrating loose on the trail.
