Ohlins build this kit for the 85cc class, and the rate sheet tells you why. 3.6 N/mm at 423mm length, 38.2mm OD — stiff enough to hold a young rider up through square-edge hits without packing down on the second lap. Drops into SX 85, TC 85 and MC 85 forks. Swap the OEM coils, set your race sag, and the front end stops diving under brakes into rutted corners. Pair with the matching shock spring once your rider clears the upper weight bracket. Fork oil change at the same time.
