Ohlins straight-rate fork springs, 4.7 N/mm, sized 44.6mm OD by 471mm long. Built for the heavier 450 four-strokes — CRF 450 R, KX 450, RM-Z 450 — and runnable on a CRF 250 R if you're a bigger rider pushing the stock springs past their useful range. Swap them when the forks dive on braking bumps, ride low in the stroke, or blow through on big landings. Set sag first, then re-check fork height and clicker position once they're in. Replace the fork oil while the legs are apart.
