What it is

The POLISPORT CHAIN SLIDER GREEN, motocross part. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.

This slider wraps around the front of the swingarm to prevent the chain from sawing into the aluminium. It is a critical consumable for any bike. Check the thickness regularly during your service interval. Once the chain wears through the plastic, it will cause permanent damage to your swingarm. This part is model-specific to ensure the correct fitment around the pivot. Clean the swingarm surface thoroughly before fitting the new slider. Use thread lock on the mounting bolts to prevent them vibrating loose on the track.
