What it is

Polisport clutch cover protector in black to fit Husqvarna FC450 (2016–2022); Husqvarna FE450 (2017–2023); Husqvarna FE501 (2017–2023); Husqvarna FE501S (2017, 2020–2022); Husqvarna FS450 (2016–2022); Husqvarna FX450 (2017–2023); KTM EXC-F450 (2017–2023); KTM EXC-F500 (2017–2023); KTM SX-F450 (2017–2019); KTM XC-F450I (2017); KTM XCF-W500 (2020–2023).

Polisport's moulded shell bolts over the stock right-side clutch cover and takes the hit so the casting doesn't. On the 450 four-stroke KTM and Husqvarna platform the cases sit exposed and a rock strike to thin magnesium means oil loss and a long walk home. This guard spreads that impact and keeps the casing sealed. Fits the EXC-F, FC, FE, FS, FX and SX-F 450s plus the FE 501 and XCF-W 500. Slim enough that boot and brake-pedal feel stay where you left them. Uses the existing cover bolts; no machining.
