What it is

The POLISPORT CLUTCH COVER PROTECTOR BLACK, motocross part. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.

Polisport's moulded shell bolts over the stock right-side clutch cover and takes the hit so the casting doesn't. On the 450 four-stroke KTM and Husqvarna platform the cases sit exposed and a rock strike to thin magnesium means oil loss and a long walk home. This guard spreads that impact and keeps the casing sealed. Fits the EXC-F, FC, FE, FS, FX and SX-F 450s plus the FE 501 and XCF-W 500. Slim enough that boot and brake-pedal feel stay where you left them. Uses the existing cover bolts; no machining.
