The POLISPORT CLUTCH COVER PROTECTOR ORANGE, plastics & bodywork. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.

The 450/500 version of the clutch-side guard, shaped for the bigger-bore cases. It sits over the OEM right-hand cover on the factory bolts and shields the magnesium from rock strikes and constant boot scuff. One hard hit cracks a bare casing and drains your oil mid-lap; this plastic shell takes the blow instead. Fits KTM SX-F 450, XC-F 450 and EXC-F 450/500. Slim enough to stay clear of the rear brake. Cheap insurance against a cracked case and a long walk back.
