What it is

The POLISPORT CVR IGNI EXC/TE 250/300 24-, plastics & bodywork. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.

Bolts over the left-side ignition cover to take the hits your engine case can't. Rock strikes and boot scuff land on the protector, not the magneto cover, so you keep the oil where it belongs. Sits slim against the case and clears the gear lever. Fits the 24-on KTM EXC 250/300 TBI, Husqvarna TE 250/300 i and Gas Gas EC 250/300, mounting on the existing cover bolts. A few minutes with an Allen key. Cheap insurance against a cracked case and a leaking left side on a hard enduro lap.
