What it is

The POLISPORT FRAMEGUARD YZ 06-19 BL, motocross part. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.

Polisport's frame guards clip over the upper rails on the 2006-2019 YZ125 and YZ250 two-strokes, exactly where your boot heels grind paint off the aluminium spars every moto. The textured face gives your inside boot something to bite into through ruts and on a hard lean over a berm. Bolt-on through the OEM frame holes; no zip-tie bodge. Same shell carries over to the Fantic XE 125 rebadge, which shares the YZ125 chassis. Pull them off at rebuild, hose the grit out, refit. Cheap insurance for the frame value when you come to sell.
