What it is

Polisport's dual-injection moulding bonds a hard outer shell to a softer grippy inner against the frame rail. The hard face shrugs off boot scuffs and stone strikes; the inner stops the guard squirming on the tube. Covers the rear subframe juncture and lower rails on the current-gen KTM chassis — SX 250/300, SX-F 250/350/450, EXC TBI two-strokes, EXC-F and XC-F four-strokes, the lot. Pulls tight with the supplied ties so grit can't migrate behind the plastic and lap the powdercoat. Rider knee surface stays consistent through a full enduro day.
