What it is

Polisport's dual-injection moulding bonds a hard outer shell to a softer grip layer, so the guard takes boot abrasion without going slick when wet. Sits over the upper frame rails on the 2023-on SX/XC chassis and the 2024-on EXC/XC-W platform, including the TBI 150/250/300 two-strokes and the full four-stroke range up to the 500. Pull the supplied cable ties tight at the cross-tube to stop the plastic drumming and trapping grit underneath. Strip the guards every few rides, hose the frame down, refit. Cheap insurance against bare metal showing through the powder coat by mid-season.
