Open handguards deflect roost. The Bullit goes further, looping the bar end back to the clamp so the whole guard becomes a cage around your controls. Drop the bike on a steep section and the bar wears the impact, not the lever. The bar-end mount stiffens the cockpit and helps the front end hold a line through ruts. Aimed at hard enduro and tight trail. Fitting means cutting the grips for the insert, then making sure the throttle returns freely. Straightforward protection for riders who spend time in the trees.
