The POLISPORT IGNITION COVER FOR KTM ORANGE, plastics & bodywork. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.

Orange ignition cover guard for the KTM 450 SX-F and XC-F. The factory left-case finish doesn't survive long against a boot heel and roost. This clamps over the top and wears in its place, protecting the alloy underneath from scuffing and from the odd rock strike. The profile stays tight to the case so your foot position and gearshift feel unchanged. Uses the existing cover bolts, so fitting is a five-minute job. Wipe the mating surface clean first to keep grit off the OEM cover. Keeps the engine looking right and the case intact.
