What it is

The POLISPORT IGNITION COVER PROTECTOR GREEN, motocross part. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.

Same job as the black version, finished in green for riders matching their bodywork on the KX 450 F. The guard covers the left ignition cover, the part most likely to take a rock or grind into the ground in a low-side. Contoured to the 450 F case so it sits flush and keeps width down. Bolts to the standard mounts with no modification. A protected magneto cover is one less thing to crack in a hard race or a long trail loop, and far cheaper than replacing the casing it shields.
