What it is

The POLISPORT IGNITION CVR BETA 20- RD, motocross part. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.

A moulded guard that caps the ignition cover on the left side of the cases. The stator side takes the hits on extreme enduro: rock strikes, boot scuffs, the odd lay-down on a hill climb. Stock Beta covers are thin and crack. This sits proud of the casing as a sacrificial layer, soaking impact before it reaches the stator and flywheel. Fits the Beta RR EFI four-strokes from 2020 on, including the RR 350, 390, 430 and 480 EFI. Bolts to the factory cover holes. Clean the mating face first so no grit gets trapped against the alloy.
