What it is

The POLISPORT MUDFLAP KXF450 19- BK, plastics & bodywork. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.

A rear mudflap for the KX 450 F. It bolts to the base of the airbox and hangs behind the swingarm pivot, taking the roost thrown up off the rear wheel before it reaches the shock shaft and linkage. Grit on a wet stanchion is what shortens linkage bearing life. UK mud and a season of pressure washing turn the original brittle, and the mounting holes tear first. This replacement uses the factory points, so it goes back on in minutes. Black.
