On the KTM SX 65 the rear shock flap is the only thing stopping mud and stones flicking off the tyre straight onto the shock shaft and linkage. Lose it and you get pitted shock rods and seals that weep early. This Polisport part hangs over the swingarm behind the airbox and goes on with the OEM mounts. The rubber perishes and the holes pull through with time, so check it at every wash. Black, and a few quid against a far costlier shock rebuild.
