What it is

The PRO CIRCUIT END CAP CARBON 88,9MM (3.5") HOLE 44,4MM (1,75") FOR TI-5 TI-6, exhaust packing. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.

This carbon fibre component replaces a cracked or impact-damaged silencer tip. It sits at the very end of the exhaust assembly and is specific to the Ti-5 and Ti-6 systems. Ensure your canister dimensions match the 88.9mm outer diameter before ordering. Installation requires drilling out the old rivets and securing the new cap with fresh stainless or aluminium rivets. It is a critical part for maintaining correct back pressure and exhaust flow. Check the internal packing while the cap is off to ensure your silencer is performing at its peak.
