Fix notched fingers and restore smooth shifting with this hard-wearing component. The basket is the primary drive interface between your crank and the gearbox. Constant hammering from the friction plates eventually creates indentations on the basket fingers. These notches trap the plates, causing the clutch to drag even with the lever pulled to the bar. This unit provides a durable surface for the plates to slide against. Ensure you check the backing plate rivets and cushions during installation. Proper torque on the centre nut is critical for assembly.
