A spongy clutch lever that pulls to the bar without freeing the plates usually means the master cylinder seals have gone. This rebuild kit returns the piston, return spring and rubber cups to spec so the lever travels short and engagement stays crisp. Sized for the KTM range listed here, covering the SX 65 and 85 minis through the bigger SX, SX-F, EXC and SMR supermoto models. Inspect the bore for scoring before you fit; new seals won't seal against a pitted wall. Run the fluid type stamped on the reservoir cap and bleed the line fully.
