This set of steel drive plates replaces the metal discs between your frictions. Steel plates are prone to warping and heat spotting during hard enduro or heavy sand riding. Warped plates cause the bike to creep while in gear and make finding neutral difficult. These plates maintain the correct stack height for precise engagement. They are a direct cross-reference to the original parts. Always inspect your clutch basket for grooving when replacing the steel set. Proper plate alignment is essential for smooth power delivery.
