This pressure plate sits at the end of the clutch hub to compress the friction and steel plates. It is a critical component for maintaining drive under load. Heat and friction eventually wear down the contact surface or cause the plate to distort. This leads to clutch slip and poor power delivery. Designed as a direct OEM cross-reference for specific KTM and Suzuki models. Verify your stack height before closing the side case. Ensure the release bearing moves freely within the centre of the plate. Check for any burrs on the inner hub.
