ProX front master cylinder rebuild kit for KTM EXC and SX two-strokes from 125 to 525, taking in the 450 and 525 RACING models and the SMR 525. Sat behind the dust boot, the seals eventually let grit through and the lever goes spongy or starts to weep. This kit supplies the piston, spring, seals and circlips for a complete internal refresh. Check the bore for pitting first; a marked bore won't hold pressure no matter how good the seals are. Reassemble clean, then bleed with the specified DOT fluid. Returns sharp lever feel for a fraction of a new cylinder.
