Tapered rollers top and bottom, with seals to keep water and mud out of the head tube. The pair the front end pivots on. Notched steering, vague turn-in, a click at dead-ahead on the stand — that's a flat-spotted lower race, usually from braking loads and pressure-washer abuse. Full ProX kit: upper bearing, lower bearing, dust seals. Honda CRF250R from 2018 onward and the wider CRF/CR family listed in fitment. Press the old races out cold, pack the new ones with marine grease, torque the stem nut to spec, then back off and re-set bar drop.
